Taking the Color of Crimson... it was Once Valued Above Gold

Welcome to the newest entry of this little situation we have going on here in this corner of the web. Please be advised that this is not a guide of any kind, and is just a place I go to type things to let you know what I'm up to. Yeah I know you don't care, don't take me for a fool just yet.

Anyways, the title of this entry is indeed, to those of you who know, an accurate description of the ancient mineral.. Dreamstone. Of course, this is in no way about said mineral, but instead about something that I think I need to obtain to honor the plausible will of my friends. The item in question is the following...

The Imperial Guard TIE Interceptor indeed...

I won't go into the ship's details and statistics. But it's a better and less frowned upon alternative to the Jedi Interceptor, which apparently is totally frowned upon for various reasons including hit-box size and other things. So why is it that I feel the need to obtain this alternative starfighter? A good friend of mine thought I would be interested in Space PvP'ing for GCW and overall fun since Restuss is seemingly no longer an option to me because the Imperial Community on Valcyn is pretty bad at the moment. Atleast from my observations.

**Future Time Insert** (means this post was in the making, and is being edited with new information since time has passed on its natural course, take an interest)

So now I have the ship, and I must say, after purchasing everything from the reactor to an in-cockpit neon light bar, most definitely rivals the performance, if not surpasses, my Jedi Interceptor. As I am now most impressed with the result of this new construct project, I have decided to take the time to name it something that is definitely worth while. For those of you who are fans, the title of this entry will be the ringer. For the rest of you who are not fans, allow me to explain.

"Dreamstone is an ancient mineral taking the color of crimson that was once valued above gold in antiquity." - Melchoir

The fore-placed quote is a statement from one of the gurus of time from Chrono Trigger. In the game, Crono and friends happen upon a friend made whilst in 600 A.D. who has, in his possession, a broken segment of the sword known as Masamune. After having visited Melchoir, they learn that the only way to repair the broken blade is to use Dreamstone. Dreamstone was a mineral that indeed took on the color of crimson, and had once been valued above gold.

I won't go into further details on the continued background story of Dreamstone, but, suffice it to say, the name was indeed one that jumped up in my mind while trying to think of something that details the ship in almost every perspective. Therefore, I named the ship, "Somnium Calx", which, more or less, means "Dream Stone" in Latin.

I'm glad to say that this new ship is a most loved and appreciated addition to my entire ship collection, and that I hope it will serve as a great asset to the Imperial Navy. After having attained this ship, there is but one more ship that I have added on to my list of the most wanted treasures the galaxy has to offer...

A Ye-4 Imperial Gunship...

A titan and a show of power in its own technical fashion that can only be produced in such a way by the Empire. Even though I have used so many good names in the past on my different assortment of ships, I think I still have one more in store for this prized piece of technology... and the best part is that I'll get to use something that's original, whilst still influenced by one of my most admired characters in any game that I've played. Find out in the near *far* future when I finish off the prerequisites required for attaining this new power.

For now, I thank you once again for your patience *hah* and for your time as you read, and hopefully enjoyed, this post. Until next time, readers...

With best regards to my loyal *imaginary* readers,
Seritle Zeales

P.S. Final Fantasy XI has recently unveiled a new 14 Day Free Trial gig for all of you out there who want to see if the game is fun or sucks like most of your friends who play World of Warcraft will tell you. Allow me to say now the fore-placed and the banner both lead to a small website that more or less tells you just about anything you want to know about Final Fantasy XI.. from races to jobs (that's classes), and platforms to monthly fees. Here's a nice little image banner link for your personal enjoyment! Also, the download link can be reached for now by visiting the main FFXI page via the link to the right. It's a recent news entry, so it'll be up there for a pinch longer if there's not a whole lot going on with the game. Fileplanet will be hosting the download, so enjoy a taste of a new adventure!
**Feel free to contact me if you happen to pick the Seraph server, my name is Seritle. *really?*

Nostalgic Feelings Die Hard

Well here I am again. I'm not so sure why I felt I should revisit my old blog that no one reads.. but for some reason, it felt right coming back and updating about my current happenings. My real life has improved since my awful little episode so many moons ago, and my gaming "career" isn't necessarily dead, but with the lack of friends in my home world of Vana'diel.. well, I can't really guarantee that the depression of it, even though it is just a game, has gone away. I'm sure I'll get over it one of these times, but for the time being it feels... just sad. So, in the event that you are wondering, this means the Zeales Journals are indeed offline for the moment. But rest assured, I hope that my wartime stories will return as I pray that I find friends who will make me feel at home again in Vana'diel.

With that being said, I come to my next point of discussion. If you haven't seen me on Final Fantasy XI, then it's because I've either been away, or spending time with a new family online known as Leaders of Eternal Victory. This all of course is a revisitation of Star Wars Galaxies on my part. Lots of things have happened since I decided to reactivate my account. I've joined a guild, left a guild, and then joined another guild. I've made new friends, and have lost others. I have attained new goals, and have discovered others that will forever be out of my reach (I might post on those later, who knows). Below, I've placed an image of the guild that was made by a fellow member, Osarom (I'm assuming anyways since I'm basing it off of something you said when I first met you). It serves as a link, so feel free to click it and take a peek if you're someone who's looking to have a good time overall on SWG on the Valcyn Server. We would love to have you on board ^_^

I plan to start updating on my workings with Final Fantasy XI again soon. For the guild members that really care about what I'm writing here, don't be surprised if I up and leave one of these days. *This is simply a test for those guys, hah* But really, the calling may become too intense for me to resist to go back to Final Fantasy XI. So I hope you guys just understand all of that. That's it for now though... I hope I have more for you all when I return again soon.
